Balboa island w/ the family for the first day of 4th of July weekend. Amazing weather to kick off the holidays & took a stroll along Marine Avenue. Super cute and small town-y feeling.

Homemade cake pops. Took a bit over two hours for us to finish & kind of failed miserably. Can't really tell from the pictures fortunately!

Anyway, looking forward to thrifting for the first time tomorrow & exploring Pasadena/LA. Still can't fall asleep--4AM leaves me with approximately 5 hours of sleep to go. Regardless, much needed time away tomorrow!
